These days higher end properties are sitting longer on the market across the US due to the real estate crash. Finding creative ways to over-come the current market woes can be a challenge for those trying to sell or maintain a high end luxury home. Offsetting expenses can be a life-saver for homeowners faced with the possibility of holding a property for an extended time period.
Renting your vacant home out for social events can be a great way to generate income and offset mortgage expenses. If your home is currently listed for sale, you can keep your house on the market and generate income until the property sells. Homeowners can earn up to $20,000+ a month renting their luxury home out for private upscale events. Payment potential will depend on the property itself and the number of days it can be rented out. Homes are rented out by the day and homeowners will normally receive anywhere from $1,200 -$5,000+ a day.
If you are interested in renting out your home, we will meet with you, view your property and go over our event rental process, along with answering any questions you may have. If you decide to work with us, we will enter into a rental contract. Once everyone is in agreement with the rental terms, we will get started and take care of all the details from start to finish.
Once you decide to work with us we will start marketing your property for private events according to your terms. When a client is interested in your property, we schedule an appointment for a viewing. If the client decides it fits their needs we notify you for approval and then book the event date. We pay homeowners prior to each event.
